OK, very much enjoying the posts. One nit: energy isn't an operating system any more than ATP or glucose are operating systems for the body (CNS is more the operating system). Maybe you could get away with "circulatory system" or maybe "mana" or "breath of life" or something.
Fair. (And thank you! ☺️) It's probably closest to metabolism if we want to be very literal about it - the rate we turn energy into function. I fear that if I start using "mana" or "breath of life" my Instagram algorithms will get very odd and serve me endless ads for crystals.
